• Items can be returned within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

❌ No Returns for Damaged or Opened Items

We do not accept returns if:

• The item is broken,
• The item is damaged in any way,
• The item has been used.

✔️ Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• Damaged, opened, or used items cannot be exchanged.

❌ Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Once the item has been delivered, the delivery charge will not be returned.
