4. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
• Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–5 business days.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned within 24 hours of placing the order (unused and unopened).
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days (item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged).
• Damaged, opened, or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier.
• Delivery is considered complete once the item has been handed to the recipient or left at the address provided.
